We provide comprehensive, individualized support services to students in Des Moines area high schools identify, prepare for, and ultimately enter financially sustaining, high demand careers. We follow the students into post-secondary education and through the first six months of employment. Our WHY: We strive to equip and empower our scholars to build sustainable careers to strengthen our community and positively impact future generations.
