As a past donor and community leader, I invite you to join me and other like-minded individuals for lunch and an update on the programs and services of Children & Families of Iowa. I would like to bring you up to date on where CFI is today. I am inviting a small, curated group of our most significant past leaders for a CEO’s State of the Mission briefing. This is not a fundraiser. It is a high-level strategic update designed for those who understand the complexities of human services. My goal is to provide you with a transparent look at: • The Progression: How the “seeds” planted during your tenure have grown into our current impact models. • The Horizon: The emerging needs of our community that are shaping our 2026-2030 strategy. • The Front Lines: A candid discussion on the legislative and advocacy hurdles currently impacting our ability to serve.
